My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Strong lemon with some nuts, vanilla, bees wax, freshly cut ginger, hints of pepper.
Palate: Waxy honey, vanilla, lemon zest, hints of melon and fresh banana, gigner and quite a dose of pepper.
Finish: Long, spicy and slightly fruity.
Overall: A pretty typical younger Clynelish where a nice freshness is combined with the waxy and fruity house style.
Rating: 83/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
