My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Strong vanilla, butterscotch, coconut, hints of apples, ginger, hints of nutmeg.
Palate: Apples, vanilla, liquorice, toffee, candied ginger, nutmeg, hints of pepper.
Finish: Long, sweet, spicy and slightly fruity.
Overall: The general character of this dram is quite mild, but spices come out woth some water. Nice and well-balanced.
